How we work
Architecture first. The piece second.
We are a studio, a showroom and an installation team in one. The same people measure the room, specify the piece, fit it and light it for the first time.
The four stages
From wall to flame.
One team from the first measurement to the first flame. Nothing is handed over until it has been lit, tested and explained.
What is included
Specification to installation, under one roof.
-
01
Site survey
We visit, photograph and measure the room, the opening and the services before anything is chosen.
-
02
Measured openings
Openings and build-outs are drawn to the millimetre, not estimated from a photograph.
-
03
Specification
Size, fuel, configuration and controls, chosen for the wall and the way the room is used.
-
04
Finishes
Stone, steel, timber and glass, selected alongside the rest of the interior.
-
05
Configuration
Single-face, corner, three-sided or freestanding - decided by the architecture.
-
06
Delivery
Prepared and delivered to the project, anywhere in Iraq.
-
07
Professional installation
Fitted by our own installers, coordinated with your contractor where needed.
-
08
Commissioning
Lit, tested and explained to you before we hand over.
-
09
After-sales support
One number to call, and people who know exactly what was installed.
For architects, designers and contractors
We work to your drawings.
Send us the plans and the programme. We will propose the pieces, supply the specification for your documents, coordinate the openings and services with the contractor, and install to the schedule of the project.

Before you begin
Do I need a chimney?
Not always. Electric fireplaces and bio-ethanol burners need no flue. Gas pieces need a gas supply, and wood-burning pieces need a flue route. We confirm which applies at the site survey.
Do you install outside Erbil?
Yes. We deliver and install across Iraq, and we survey the site before we specify.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Most pieces are configured to the opening, the finish and the installation. We quote to the space after the survey, so the quote reflects the real project rather than a catalogue line.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the piece and the building work around it. Many electric fireplaces are installed in an afternoon; built-in and outdoor pieces are scheduled around your contractor.
Can I see the pieces before I choose?
Yes. Our showroom in Erbil shows pieces lit, at full scale, with the finishes side by side.
Can you work with my architect or contractor?
Yes. We coordinate with architects, interior designers and contractors, from the first drawings to the handover.
What happens after installation?
We commission the piece, show you how to use it, and remain your point of contact for service and support.

Tell us about the space.
A few details and a photo of the room are enough to begin. We will come back with the next step - usually a call, then a site survey.
